How safe is my information?
We take every possible precaution and measure to ensure the highest quality of protection for every single account with Global Boveda. All form and uploaded image data is protected with 256 bit secure sockets layering. In addition, all stored data is totally encrypted.

Do you have support?
Yes, we strive to provide the best customer support as possible. Whenever you have a question or concern we ask that you email and or call us so that we may provide the assistance you need. We are always open to customer feedback so that we can better serve You.

Can I share my account?
As the saying goes, tell one person a secret, that secret just became less secret. At Global Boveda we highly recommend that you are careful with whom you share your information with be it your spouse, a family member, or an attorney. You are liable for whom you share your information with. Please use extreme discretion.

What is the cost?
We offer 8 Form Categories and 69 Forms for one low price of only $119.88 per year.

How does the billing process work?
Your credit card is automatically billed on the annual anniversary of the date when you initially sign up for our service. For more details please refer to PAYMENT/CANCELLATION on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ page.

What if I lost my password?
If you lose your password, you will need to answer some of your security questions that you customized when you set up your account. Also, you will need to provide some additional information to ensure your authenticity before regaining account access.

Can I change my password?
Yes, you may change your password anytime, as long as you provide your old password and the new password meets security minimums. These minimums consist of including number(s), symbol(s), capitalization(s) and 8 to 16 characters to make up the password.

What countries do you serve?
Currently we can accommodate 86 English speaking countries, however we intend on global expansion and will adapt and modify our languages and terms for each country.

How do I cancel my account?

What kind of things can I upload?
Using your scanner, smart phone and/or your digital camera you can upload simple pictures of your original documents to be safely and securely kept for your retrieval at anytime, and anywhere.

What do I do if I have problems uploading?
First, you want to indentify if you’re having problems with your scanner, smart phone, digital camera and/or computer. If the problem is not on your end, please contact us and we will do our best to troubleshoot the problem.

What does 'Boveda' mean?
Boveda is a Spanish word (pronounced Bo-va-dah) that means Vault. Vaults are strong rooms designed with the sole intention to protect and safeguard a person's most valuable items.
